Restoreglow provides outdoor no-equipment fitness workshops, consulting and guidance on outdoor activity planning, personalized non-medical activity plans, educational products, and structured training programs and challenges in the Stockholm area.

Individuals between 16 and 18 may participate in workshops with written consent from a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 16 without appropriate parental involvement.

Registration for workshops, training programs, and challenges is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify sessions due to weather conditions, insufficient enrollment, facilitator availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical readiness for outdoor activity. You participate in workshops and programs at your own risk. Our facilitators provide movement instruction and general activity guidance but do not perform medical evaluations or provide health-related recommendations.

Participants must follow facilitator instructions and safety guidelines during all sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a manner that endangers themselves or others.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for workshops, programs, consulting sessions, and educational products are displayed at the time of registration or purchase. All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) unless otherwise indicated and include applicable VAT where required by law.

Payment must be completed before service delivery unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as specified during the registration or checkout process. Failed or declined payments may result in cancellation of your registration.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all content, services, and materials are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Restoreglow disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Individual responses to physical activity vary based on numerous personal factors. We make no representations about the suitability of any activity for your specific situation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Restoreglow, its directors, employees, facilitators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or participation in our services, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
