Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical readiness for outdoor activity. You participate in workshops and programs at your own risk. Our facilitators provide movement instruction and general activity guidance but do not perform medical evaluations or provide health-related recommendations.

Participants must follow facilitator instructions and safety guidelines during all sessions. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a manner that endangers themselves or others.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for workshops, programs, consulting sessions, and educational products are displayed at the time of registration or purchase. All prices are stated in Swedish Kronor (SEK) unless otherwise indicated and include applicable VAT where required by law.

Payment must be completed before service delivery unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing. We accept payment methods as specified during the registration or checkout process. Failed or declined payments may result in cancellation of your registration.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all content, services, and materials are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.
